Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a lesson, a trail ride, a beach ride, or any other event with us, we have reserved time and resources in our schedule. If you cancel your event less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be subject to a fee of 100% of the value of the booking. We will not refund the payment if you have paid for the event.

Please provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled event starts to avoid a cancellation fee.
